Risk Management (HFOP Module 12)

In this module, we have two lecturers - and some guest speakers! 1. Arabella Murphy of Propitious talks about "When Disaster Strikes!" and covers a gamut of things that could go wrong, and how to be prepared for these crises. Also discusses the risks associated with social media, amongst other cyber-related risks. In her final section, Arabella talks with several expert guests to get their insights into themes she has raised. 2. Ann Cooley of Pacific Hawk takes us through different methods, some more destructive and some more constructive that families use to resolve their issues. Ann happily ends her lecture on an up-note with the news that collaborative practice can resolve issues with a win-win result.
